Until last year when I decided that I don’t want to be grossly overweight and unhealthy when I’m 50, so I requested a meal plan from Blasquez and committed to turning things around. I stuck to his eating guide and started losing around 2-3 pounds a week. This past year I went from 270 to 220 pounds from eating smart and basic exercise 3 times per week.
